For consideration, Montana Insurance Managers will review your Agency’s current Books of Business, conduct a Financial Review as well as a review with the Montana Commissioner of Securities and Insurance or your local Department of Insurance.

To get started with Montana Insurance Managers, independent agents in Montana and surrounding states should be prepared for the following:
- Prepare Your Agency’s Books of Business: Gather all relevant information about your agency’s current books of business, including policies, clients, premiums, claims history, and any other pertinent data.
- Financial Review: Be prepared for Montana Insurance Managers to conduct a financial review of your agency. This may involve providing financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents to demonstrate your agency’s financial stability and viability.
- Review with Regulatory Authorities: Montana Insurance Managers will likely coordinate a review with the Montana Commissioner of Securities and Insurance or your local Department of Insurance. This step ensures that your agency complies with all regulatory requirements and operates ethically within the insurance industry.
